So the duo that make up the ever-powerful ODESZA have this little big thing called Foreign Family Collective, which is basically a collective album/project made up of artists that ODESZA has sponsored in a way by having them collaborate on their project with their respective visual/musical inputs .  They’ve already boasted huge tracks under this platform such as “Wasted On You” by Louis Futon ft. Rozes, and “Aftergold” by Big Wild ft. Tove Styrke, and now they have another to add to their growing collection by rising electronic artist Chet Porter. I think the Cutler’s vocals are the real pull on this track, even though the chill, ethereal vibes that ride straight through the drop are probably what make you stay. Ride this wave to the end of summer ~~

I just love this song. Meet Alex Mali, the 21-year-old Brooklynite whose putting her own foot into R&B Fusion. What I love about her is the absolute rawness of the music she produces, and how genuine and real she sounds as she tells her story. She sings raps soulfully and passionately about her family, her future, and her aspirations, while wrapping all those words up in a beautifully produced medley of electronic sounds and R&B vibes. PHENOM is Mali’s single off her upcoming EP, so look out for more from this queen.

A while back, I posted about a song called “Blue Window”, the love child of a collab EP between Duñe and Crayon.  If you remember, I was absolutely obsessed with it and tried to use all of my minimal influence to convince you to press play. Well, this track right here named “I Can’t” is another track from that same EP, and I can’t believe I passed it by without noticing it’s glory. Just like “Blue Window”, the percussion combinations are so carefully crafted, the vocals are nothing short of angelic sweet nothings, and the hip-hop/electronic vibes are ever-present.

I’ve always been a sucker for hard-hitting percussions, and Cabu delivers on this remix of Danelle’s “Chairs”. It’s a soothing, electronic track, more suitable for chilling by the pool than a wild night. Enjoy these vibes ~

I don’t know what it is about this song but I really like it. Honestly have never heard of Big Baby D.R.A.M, but I’m weirdly into it. You got a good melody, some funny lyrics i.e. “I choose you like a Pokemon”, a bangin beat, and a fun vibe. It’s hip-hop, it’s rap, but with a funky soulful vibe, and there’s nothing I love better than some well-done genre mixing. Bump to this.
